-Table linens/napkins of various color choices, china plates or disposable dinnerware, full staff for setup/breakdown

and cleaning as required by most venues.

Also includes cocktail hour apps:  mini meatballs, chicken chunks & crudité platter and champagne toast.

The Classic Celebration Package:

-Choose 3 hot entrees:  baked ziti, lasagna, stuffed shells, chicken parm, pulled pork, brisket, sliced sirloin,

BBQ chicken, sausage & peppers, Boston cod, baked ham.
   
-Choose 2 sides: Mac n cheese, broccoli/garlic/oil, string beans, mashed potato, baked beans,

roasted potato, roasted sweet potato/honey/cinnamon, Spanish rice.

- Also includes chefs choice salad & rolls.

Adults 16 and over:  76.00/pp inclusive of tax and service charge
Children under 15:  36.00/pp inclusive of tax and service charge

The Hearty Celebration Package:

Bar/Bar only options for Wild West Ranch:
-Option 1:  (all packages include this package-you need this to get us there!)  Includes: one day liquor license, full service bar, all non-alcoholic drinks, water, soda, mixers, juice, coffee, tea, cups and ice.  1 bartender for 75-100 people.  IF ONLY CHOOSING OPTION 1: Minimum 500.00 charge for first up to 100 people, 5.00/pp over 100 people.  

- Option 2:  Option 1 + 5 hours open beer/wine only.  31.00/pp inclusive.
                   Under 21:  15.00/pp inclusive

- Option 3: Option 1 & 2 + 2 signature drinks, 5 hours.  36.00/pp inclusive.
Under 21:  15.00/pp inclusive

- Option 4:  Options 1 and 3 + full open bar, 5 hours.  39.00/pp inclusive.
                   Under 21:  15.00/pp inclusive

*you can also put any dollar amount on top option 1, then when it runs out, we switch to cash only or you can add to it.


Terms:  500.00 retainer is required to secure either service, payment schedule can be arranged, 50% due 2 months before event, final head counts & remaining balance due 2 weeks before event.
