Catering options:
-Includes: Table linens/napkins of various color choices, disposable dinnerware, full staff for setup/breakdown and cleaning as required by most venues. Also includes chefs choice salad & rolls.

-Choose 3 hot entrees:  baked ziti, lasagna, stuffed shells, chicken parm, pulled pork, brisket, sliced sirloin, BBQ chicken, sausage & peppers, Boston cod, baked ham.
   
-Choose 2 sides: Mac n cheese, broccoli/garlic/oil, string beans, mashed potato, baked beans, roasted potato, roasted sweet potato/honey/cinnamon, Spanish rice.

Adults 16 and over:  62.50/pp inclusive of tax and service charge
Children under 15:  31.25/pp inclusive of tax and service charge


*we can arrange different meals for kids as needed
*we can accommodate vegan and gluten free as needed
**ADD cocktail hour apps:  mini meatballs and crudité platter:  10.00/pp inclusive
**ADD china plates:  3.25/pp inclusive
**ADD additional staff members (for set up, cleaning, breakdown, etc) 400.00 per staff member/10 hours


Bar/Bar only options:

(we do provide bar service for events we are not catering!)
-Option 1:  (all packages include this package-you need this to get us there!)  Includes: one day liquor license, full service bar, all non-alcoholic drinks, water, soda, mixers, juice, coffee, tea, cups and ice.  1 bartender for 75-100 people.  Minimum 500.00 charge for first up to 100 people, 6.75/pp inclusive over 100 people.  

- Option 2:  Option 1 + 5 hours open beer/wine only.  30.00/pp inclusive.

- Option 3: Option 1 & 2 + 2 signature drinks, 5 hours.  35.00/pp inclusive.

- Option 4:  Options 1 and 3 + full open bar, 5 hours.  38.00/pp inclusive.

*you can also put any dollar amount on top option 1, then when it runs out,

we switch to cash only or you can add to it.

**ADD champagne toast:  4.25/pp inclusive

Terms:  500.00 retainer is required to secure either service, payment schedule can be arranged, final head counts due 2 weeks before event, 90% due 1 week before event, remaining balance due at event.
